What conditions do you treat?
I treat a wide variety of conditions both chronic and life threatening including eczema, hypertension, asthma, rheumatoid arthritis, IBS, HIV, anxiety, depression, ADD, multiple sclerosis, and heart disease.

Often the best approach to treating such illnesses is to address underlying conditions that are preventing spontaneous self-healing. These include: adrenal fatigue, environmental toxicity, food allergy, candida, parasites, trauma, hormonal imbalances, liver toxicity, digestive insufficiency, nutritional deficiency, and of course stress.

How many visits should I expect?
It is perfectly fine to have only one visit, however this dramatically limits what help I can offer. Three visits generally provides enough time for me to work out a good treatment plan and help you get started. For those with complex health issues, I generally suggest ongoing regular visits. These can be up to twice a month for as long as it takes.

What happens during a first visit?
The focus of a first visit is to gather all of the information I need in order to help a patient. Ideally, by the end of that visit we will have covered current health concerns, family and personal health history, diet and general daily habits. Next comes a thorough physical exam focusing on assessment of organ function (usually no nudity is required).

If a person tells me that they will be having only one visit, then I will cut the intake short, focusing on their diet and current health concerns. This leaves time to provide dietary advice, discuss the use of supplements, and answer any questions I can.

Do you accept insurance?
Insurance reimbursement is available for my services. While payment is required at the time of the visit, I do provide health insurance forms that are billable to insurance companies (excluding HMO's and Medicare). As I am a licensed primary care doctor, most of my insured patients are able to receive compensation for out of pocked expenses. However, insurance policies do vary tremendously, therefore I cannot guarantee reimbursement.

Will you work with my medical doctor?
Absolutely. It is in the patient’s best interest if all of their health care providers are working together for the benefit of the patient. This also allows for smooth coordination of care.
